With a single ‘Ddalkkak (click)’ on your phone, add your desired content”

-ݺߣ students launch AI-based content archiving app, gaining ‘attention’

In the era of content overflow, university students have developed an application (app) that allows users to store and manage content they want to revisit later or save for future reference on websites and apps.

ݺߣ (President Bae Sang-hoon) announced that its startup club ‘Fore’ team (leader Choi Min-seok, 4th-year student in Public Administration) has developed and launched the AI-based content archiving service app, ‘Ddalkkak (click).’

This app allows users to gather, store, and manage links to content they find on websites or other apps. It provides an archiving service where users can save or share content in 11 different category folders. Additionally, it supports memo and search functionalities.

The ‘Fore’ team noticed that mobile phone users typically use various methods, such as note-taking apps or different messenger apps, to store or share content links. They realized there was a significant demand for a personalized service that could manage these content links all in one app.

The prediction turned out to be accurate. Since its launch in November, the ‘Ddalkkak (click)’ app has quickly gained early users, reaching the top 50 in the App Store rankings within just three months.

Choi Min-seok, one of the students behind the app, said, “The app allows users to store and manage not only content from various SNS platforms but also links from job information sites, map apps, secondhand transaction apps, and more, which has garnered a positive response from users.”

Users who have tried the app shared feedback such as, “For job seekers, it’s great to have a place to collect job information,” “It’s great because I don’t need to use ‘Send to Myself’ on KakaoTalk,” and “It’s convenient and useful that an app I’ve always wished for has finally been developed.”

The ‘Fore’ team, which developed the app, is a startup group formed by students from ݺߣ, including Choi Min-seok, Yoo Cho-bin, Cho Min-ji, Jeong Eun-seo, as well as Kim Jong-jin from Busan University of Foreign Studies and Jo Da-eun from Ewha Womans University. After winning the grand prize at the Busan U-Startup Package IR pitching competition last year, the team has successfully commercialized their startup idea and plans to expand and refine their service further. <Pukyong Today>
