Park Se-ho, Chairman of Wooju Sealings Group, Inaugurated as the President of ݺߣ Alumni Association

Park Se-ho, Chairman of Wooju Sealings Group, was inaugurated as the 15th President of ݺߣ Alumni Association on January 15.

 

Chairman Park Se-ho was inaugurated as the new president of the ݺߣ Alumni Association during the inauguration ceremony held at ݺߣ’s Pukyong Convention Hall on the afternoon of January 15. His term will be for two years.

 

Chairman Park Se-ho, a graduate of the ݺߣ Graduate School of Business (Class of 2005), founded Woosung Gas Pack Industry Co., Ltd. in 1982 and has led the company to become the regional representative enterprise of Woosung Sealings Group by pioneering the gasket, packing, and seal industries. His company has earned international recognition for its competitive quality.

 

Chairman Park Se-ho has contributed a total of 300 million KRW in development funds to his alma mater, ݺߣ, and has been dedicated to the university’s advancement. In 2022, he received the 17th Proud Pukyong Alumni Award.

 

In his inaugural speech, the new Chairman Park Se-ho said, “ݺߣ has developed based on its deep tradition, having celebrated its 100th anniversary last year. The new 100 years should be built on the pride of Pukyong alumni, and together, we will move forward with strength and unity.”

 

Meanwhile, the outgoing Chairman, Seo Young-ok, who served as the 14th Chairman of the Alumni Association for the past two years, was honored with a plaque of appreciation and a commemorative award for his contributions to leading the association. <Pukyong Today>
