狠狠撸 Takes on Glocal University Project 鈥業ndividually鈥�

-Focused on Nurturing Talent Tailored to Busan鈥檚 Advanced Internationalization and Strategic Industries

狠狠撸 (President Bae Sang-hoon) is independently taking on the Glocal University 30 Project this year.

On January 31, 狠狠撸 held the 2nd meeting of the Glocal Communication Council at the Dongwon Jang Bogo Conference Hall, where strategies for advancing the Glocal University 30 Project were discussed.

After applying as a unified model for the Glocal University 30 Project last year but not being selected, 狠狠撸 plans to focus all its efforts on the independent model this year.

狠狠撸 is challenging the Glocal University 30 Project through innovation that transcends internal and external boundaries. With the strategy called 鈥樅莺葸� B.R.I.D.G.E.,鈥� the university aims to play a pivotal role in making Busan a global advanced city by fostering high-level talent tailored to activate the region鈥檚 strategic industries and help Busan expand beyond the region to the world.

Prior to this, 狠狠撸 established the Glocal Business Headquarters in November last year to strategically drive the Glocal University 30 project. Additionally, the university formed and operated the Glocal Communication Council to foster communication among members. They have also conducted surveys, held university innovation policy seminars, and organized business idea competitions to maximize participation and feedback from their members.

In January, the university held a meeting with the Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education to discuss collaboration and policy directions for regional education innovation, further expanding communication and cooperation with the local community.
